Solve mysteries through YES/NO questions — the classic lateral-thinking puzzle game
Also known as "Lateral Thinking Puzzles" or "Situation Puzzles." Ask YES/NO questions to uncover the truth behind a story. Use reasoning and logic to solve mysteries and strange events. From 2 to large groups, this slow-burn classic is fun for everyone.
The GM picks today's puzzle. Choose from the prepared puzzles or in-app puzzles, then start the game. It's good for the GM to read the prompt aloud.
Players ask the GM YES/NO questions (e.g., "Did they drink the soup?").
The GM answers YES, NO, or "Unknown (???)". Insightful questions can be flagged as "Good Question". Players type questions; the GM enters the answers. The GM judges correct/incorrect answers.
When a player thinks they've solved it, they press the Answer button to submit their guess. The GM judges correct/incorrect. Until judged, others don't see the answer. On correct, the answer remains hidden from others. On wrong, it's revealed.
Whoever figures out the truth wins
For the last remaining player, add a rule that the truth is hidden until the next day (or forever) for extra suspense
