Extended Shogi with the elephant and prince pieces
Japan's representative thinking game — Shogi! The classic everyone knows, with new modes featuring different boards, piece selection, and a couple of bonus pieces. The stars are the special "Suizo" (Drunken Elephant) and "Taishi" (太子) — a fresh world of shogi blending tradition with new elements.
Pick "Normal" or "Dokopa Mode" (with extra rules). Normal is recommended for first-timers.
Choose whether to add the 醉象. You can also handicap by removing pieces.
Pick from 3 layouts: top/middle/bottom. Top: standard board. Middle and bottom: non-pawn pieces are randomly placed within the first 2 rows on your side.
Pick first or second.
Play shogi; checkmate the opponent's King to win.
